The public investor page carries the thesis, evidence and open risks. The financing memo carries the operating plan, use of funds and underlying assumptions.

Send a direct request
The form asks for enough context to route and answer the request: your name, firm, role and what you are evaluating. Add specific diligence questions if you already have them.
A person reads the request. There is no investor mailing list and no automated access gate.
Before you request it
Read the public investor brief for the current product state, financing planning basis and the conditions that would falsify the venture thesis.
